About Takween
Takween Business OS is a business management platform provided by Takween Technical Innovation, with tools for operations, marketing, customer engagement, reporting, integrations, and related digital services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Takween website or platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for their account credentials and activity performed through their accounts. Access may depend on the organization, subscription, assigned role, and permissions. Users must provide accurate information and must not use Takween for unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
Third-Party Integrations
Takween may let users connect third-party services, including social media and advertising platforms. When you connect a service, you authorize Takween to access and process the information and permissions required for the requested integration. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.
TikTok Integration
Authorized users may connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization process. Takween requests only permissions required for enabled features. Users choose whether to authorize the connection and may disconnect it at any time. TikTok use is also subject to TikTok's applicable terms, policies, and developer requirements.
User Content
Users remain responsible for content they create, upload, schedule, publish, or manage through Takween and must hold the necessary rights and comply with applicable laws and connected-platform policies.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use Takween for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized activity, or interfere with the security or operation of Takween or connected services.
Data and Privacy
Personal information and connected-account information are handled according to Takween's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Intellectual Property
Takween Business OS, its software, design, branding, and related platform materials are owned by or licensed to Takween Technical Innovation unless otherwise stated.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for violations of these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or connected-service policies. Users may stop using Takween and disconnect supported integrations at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Takween Technical Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform or services operated by third parties.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect platform, integration, legal, or business changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
